Daily Session Giveaway rules.

1. The promotion

The Daily Session Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a promotional giveaway operated by Arizet Labs ME Limited (the “Operator,” “we,” “us”), the operator of Arizet | The Desk (“The Desk”). During the promotional period, we draw winners on a recurring basis and award each winner a free Daily Funded Session.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
• Hold a valid, registered account on The Desk in good standing;
• Have linked their Discord account and are a member of the official Desk Discord server; and
• Reside in a jurisdiction where the Giveaway is not prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Employees, officers, and contractors of Arizet Labs ME Limited and Arizet Labs, LLC, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligibility is determined at the time of entry and may change.

3. How to enter

To enter, an eligible member must, during the promotional period: (a) sign in to The Desk; (b) link their Discord account and join the official Desk Discord server; (c) complete the short pre-entry questionnaire; and (d) submit their entry through the in-product Giveaway page. Completing these steps places the member in the entry pool.

One entry per person. A single entry remains active for every drawing held during the remainder of the promotional period; members do not need to re-enter for each daily drawing. Entries are personal to the entrant and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned. We may disqualify entries that are duplicative, fraudulent, automated, or that result from attempts to manipulate the Giveaway or circumvent these rules, including the use of multiple or sybil accounts.

4. Drawings and odds

During the promotional period we conduct recurring (typically daily) random drawings from the pool of eligible entries. A set number of winners are selected at random in each drawing. The number of winners per drawing is determined by us and may change. Odds of winning any given drawing depend on the number of eligible entries in the pool at the time of that drawing.

An entrant who has already won is removed from subsequent drawings for the prize they won. Drawings are conducted by an automated random-selection process administered by the Operator, whose determinations are final.

5. The prize

Each winner receives one (1) free Daily Funded Session, awarded as a non-withdrawable account credit equal to the standard price of a Daily Funded Session (a value of approximately US$29.95). The credit allows the winner to start one Daily Funded Session without paying the usual session fee.

• The prize is the free session itself. It is not cash, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash.
• The prize credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or combined with certain other offers.
• A winner must start (claim) their funded session within the claim window communicated at the time of the award. If the credit is not used to start a session within that window, it expires and is reclaimed, and the prize is forfeited.
• Starting and trading a funded session, and any resulting profit share, are governed by the Daily Funded Session terms and The Desk Terms of Service. Any profit a winner earns by trading the funded session is separate from the prize and is subject to those terms, applicable risk controls, review, and KYC.

6. Winner notification

We notify entrants of the result of each drawing by email to the address on their Desk account, and the prize credit (for winners) is applied automatically to the winner’s account. It is the entrant’s responsibility to keep a valid email address on file and to monitor their account. We are not responsible for undeliverable, misdirected, or unread notifications.

7. Verification, taxes, and withdrawals

All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal of funds earned through a funded session, and we may require KYC or other verification before or after awarding a prize. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke a prize from any entrant who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, who breaches these rules or the Terms of Service, or who cannot be verified.

Any taxes or similar charges arising from receipt of a prize or from amounts earned through a funded session are the sole responsibility of the winner. We may withhold amounts where required by applicable law.

8. Conduct and disqualification

We may disqualify any entrant and void any entry or prize if we reasonably believe the entrant has: violated these rules or the Terms of Service; tampered with or abused the entry, drawing, or award process; used automated means, multiple or fraudulent accounts, or other manipulation; or acted in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the Giveaway, the Operator, or other participants.

9. Changes and termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate the Giveaway, or to change the number of winners per drawing, the prize, the promotional period, or these rules, at any time and for any reason, including where the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Where the law requires, changes will not apply retroactively to entries already submitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Giveaway or any prize. Participation and any prize are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing in these rules limits a consumer’s non-waivable statutory rights.

11. General

The Giveaway is sponsored and operated by Arizet Labs ME Limited (Reg. No. HE 488153), Panagias Trooditissis 11, Lakatamia, 2322, Nicosia, Cyprus. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord. These rules are governed by the laws applicable to your agreement with Arizet Labs ME Limited as set out in the Desk Terms of Service. Where these rules and the Terms of Service conflict in respect of the Giveaway, these rules govern the Giveaway.
