Money: Wallet & Withdrawals
Everything financial: the Wallet, Desk Credit, KYC, and withdrawals.
Everything financial, in one place , what's in your Wallet, how you pay for things, KYC, and how withdrawals work.
6.1 Understanding your Wallet
Your Wallet holds two distinct kinds of value, and the difference matters:
- Withdrawable cash , real money you've earned: Daily Funded Session profit
shares, Trading Room winnings, and funded-tier monthly settlements. This is yours to withdraw (after KYC).
- Desk Credit , non-withdrawable promotional credit. It can be spent on The
Desk , for example to pay a session fee or a Room entry , but it cannot be cashed out. Giveaway prizes typically arrive as Desk Credit.
Your Wallet shows your balance and a full transaction history , every credit (payouts, prizes) and debit (session fees, Room entries), so you can always trace where your money came from and went.
6.2 Adding funds and paying for things
What you pay for on The Desk:
- Daily Funded Sessions ($29.95 each)
- Trading Room entries (from $7)
- Membership upgrades (e.g. Junior at $49.95)
How payment works: these are paid from your Wallet. When you have Desk Credit, it can be applied to eligible purchases (e.g. a giveaway that covers a session fee); otherwise withdrawable cash or your funding method is used. The dashboard shows the cost and what it's drawn from before you confirm.
Desk Credit in practice: think of it as "house money you can play but not pocket" , perfect for covering a session or a Room entry, which is exactly how giveaway prizes are designed to be used.
6.3 KYC verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity verification. It exists for compliance and to protect your account and earnings.
- Why it's required: to confirm you are who you say you are before money leaves
the platform.
- When you need it: KYC is required before any withdrawal. You can trade,
win, and accumulate withdrawable balance before completing it , but you must complete KYC to withdraw.
- What you'll typically provide: identity documentation as prompted in the
verification flow. Follow the on-screen steps; verification times vary.
Completing KYC early , before you have a balance to withdraw , means there's no wait when you're ready to cash out.
6.4 Withdrawing your earnings
What's withdrawable: your withdrawable cash balance , Session shares, Room winnings, and funded-tier monthly settlements. (Desk Credit is not withdrawable.)
When you can withdraw: your earnings land in your Wallet as they are settled , a Daily Funded Session share when the session closes, a Room prize when the Room settles, and your funded-tier share at the end of each monthly capital cycle. Once the money is in your Wallet as withdrawable cash, you can request a withdrawal whenever you like , you are not locked to a payout date. (What is set on a schedule is the share calculation , a session at its close, a cycle at month-end , not your ability to take money out.)
The process:
- Complete KYC (one time).
- Request a withdrawal from your Wallet (subject to the minimum below).
- The request is reviewed and then paid out via the available method(s); timing depends on the method.
Minimum withdrawal: the minimum withdrawable amount is $300. Balances below that build up in your Wallet until you reach the threshold.
What to expect: withdrawal methods and processing times are shown in your Wallet at the time of withdrawal. Because these operational details can change, always rely on what your Wallet displays at the moment you withdraw rather than memory.
6.5 Payments FAQ and troubleshooting
"My giveaway credit isn't covering a session." Confirm the credit is in your Wallet (transaction history) and that it applies to what you're buying , giveaway Desk Credit is typically scoped to a specific use (e.g. a session or a Room).
"I completed KYC but can't withdraw yet." Verification can take time to finalize, and withdrawals depend on having a withdrawable balance (Desk Credit doesn't count). If your cash balance and KYC are both confirmed and it still won't proceed, contact support (Section 10.4).
"Where did my balance go?" Check the Wallet transaction history , session fees, Room entries, and upgrades are debits and will appear there.
