9.1 Fair-play and integrity rules

The Desk's scoring is built to reward genuine skill, and the same systems act as guardrails. In practice:

  • Trade honestly. The quality scoring and gates exist partly to discourage

gaming , artificial concentration, exploit-seeking, and manipulation are penalized or gated.

  • Consequences: abuse can void payouts and, in serious cases, affect your account

standing. Fair play protects everyone's payouts, including yours.

9.2 Risk disclosure

Trading involves risk, and outcomes vary , you can lose on any given session, Room, or cycle. Nothing on The Desk is a guarantee of profit. Trade within your means and treat the quality guidance as risk management, not just payout optimization. The formal risk disclosure is in the legal section (9.4).

9.3 Your data and privacy

The Desk handles your personal data (including KYC information) under its privacy policy. The high-level commitment: your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity for withdrawals, and run the platform. The full privacy policy is in the legal section (9.4).
